PROCESS OF SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS AND ARTICLES

  • Create your account by identifying you on the platform (use your account if it is already created).
  • Submit your abstract (300 words maximum), followed by 4 to 5 keywords in English via the system of '' Digital Submission ''.

  • Specify the thematic session of your contribution among the 6 proposed sessions.
  • Specify if you wish to present your communication in oral or poster form.

  • The summary will be proofread and a decision of acceptance or refusal.
  • Submissions will then be subject to an anonymous review process.

In case it becomes impossible to access the online link, please submit abstracts of your contribution in English, following the downloadable template here: "Word Template"  Send the abstract from here:

Please name the Word file in the following format: topic...author's last name, and first name.

Publication

1.  All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear, publication-ready English with accurate grammar and spelling.

2.  You may submit multiple abstracts. However, only one abstract will be selected for oral presentation.

3. All accepted abstracts will be collected in a book of abstracts, which will be published on the website during the conference.

4. The abstracts submitted to this conference must be original and novel, without prior publication in any journals or it will not be accepted to this conference.

5. By submitting your abstract, you certify that the work is an original contribution that has not been presented or published elsewhere thus permitting the organizers to publish it on the seminar materials and website.

6. All abstracts and full papers will be evaluated under a blind-review process and will be published in Proceedings international and national series after quality check. If you wish to publish a proceedings paper or an Abstract in the journal, please refer to the “Publication Opportunities” Section.

POSTERS FORMAT

  • The posters are to be printed by the communicators, and to be displayed as soon as the conference opens.
  • The location for hanging will be indicated at the reception.

ORAL PRESENTATION

  • Total duration of the presentation: 20 minutes: including 5 minutes reserved for questions.

ONLINE PRESENTATION

  • The online Sessions will take place in Zoom Please make sure you have the Zoom Desktop client or mobile app, version 5.3.0 or higher.

Note: We only accept live presentations
