Publication Opportunities

  1. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear, publication-ready English with accurate grammar and spelling.
  2. You may submit multiple abstracts. However, only one abstract will be selected for oral presentation.
  3. All accepted abstracts will be collected in a book of abstracts, which will be published on the website during the conference.
  4. The abstracts submitted to this conference must be original and novel, without prior publication in any journals or it will not be accepted to this conference.
  5. By submitting your abstract, you certify that the work is an original contribution that has not been presented or published elsewhere thus permitting the organizers to publish it on the seminar materials and website.
  6. All abstracts and full papers will be evaluated under a blind-review process and will be published in Proceedings international and national series after a quality check. If you wish to publish a proceedings paper or an Abstract in the journal, please refer to the “Publication Opportunities” Section.

Detailed Requirements

  1. The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract.
  2. Please select only one presenter for each submission. If you would like to change the presenter after submission, please email us accordingly.
  3. Manuscripts for the proceedings issue must be formatted as follows:
  • Title.
  • Full author names.
  • Affiliations (including full postal address) and authors' e-mail addresses.
  • Abstract.
  • Keywords.
  • Introduction.
  • Methods.
  • Results and Discussion.
  • Conclusions.
  • Acknowledgements.
  • References.

Processes Journal Publication

The proceeding paper (4-8 pages, English) will be reviewed by at least two independent referees.

Similarity should be 15 % with references at most.

Journals

Selected and extended versions of full papers from all participants can be published in:

  • Springer book series "Advances in Energy Systems, Materials, and Environment" which has been accepted for consideration/ publishing in the SLNR series:  

Sustainable Landscape Planning and Natural Resources Management

  • Extended versions of papers can be also published in the National Journal of Advanced Research in Science and Technology (JARST) if the authors demand. There is one unique special issue in JARST:

Potential Conflicts of Interest

It is the author's responsibility to identify and declare any personal circumstances or interests that may be perceived as inappropriately influencing the representation or interpretation of clinical research. If there is no conflict, please state "The authors declare no conflicts of interest." This should be conveyed in a separate "Conflict of Interest" statement preceding the "Acknowledgments" and "References" sections at the end of the manuscript. Any financial support for the study must be fully disclosed in the "Acknowledgments" section.
